After more than a decade in international relations and diplomacy, I made a bold career shift into the IT industry, where I now lead a high-performing Sales Support team in a global tech company.

I believe in leading by example, in building trust-based teams, and in creating space for people to thrive. My approach blends strategic thinking with empathy, structure with flexibility, and ambition with authenticity.
