I solve problems. It's what I love. I didn't study engineering because my social heart called me to something else 🤪.

13 years of experience at the intersection of operations, project management, and tech. I help social impact organizations solve operational challenges and provide delightful experiences by making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Currently, I manage the International Programme on AI Evaluation: Capabilities & Safety 🤖📚: a pioneering initiative that connects faculty from institutions like Cambridge, the UPV and Microsoft Research with top professionals and researchers, training the next generation of experts in AI evaluation and safety, and laying the groundwork for the first MSc in this field.

I've worked across very different sectors and verticals, which demonstrates an exceptional ability to quickly adapt and deliver powerful and strategic solutions wherever I am 🚀.

🔧 As an Operations Manager, I have managed and optimized processes in:
- A social incubator where I helped over 2000 people at risk of exclusion to start their own businesses.
- Two startups: one to help small businesses with digitalization and another to provide doctors with a secure tool for coordinating with teams and patients.
- A tech company focused on e-government and digital transformation for municipalities.
- An organization that supported independent journalists in Cuba.

🌐 Before that, I studied International Relations, with an undergraduate degree from Venezuela and a master’s from Syracuse University (NY), which gave me a solid foundation in international organization management, and global development. I began my career working in:
- Diplomacy with the British Embassy.
- Migration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) of the UN.
- Youth Development with UNESCO.

🎩 My roles have always involved wearing many hats, something I love as the spiky generalist I am 🌀, which has also given me experience in other areas like marketing, UX, event organization, customer support, and financial/legal matters.

I currently live in Valencia, Spain 🇪🇸.
