I was born in Iasi and grew up in the '90s in post-communist Romania experiencing the wild melt-down of a society in a transition between a dictatorship and a so called free capitalism. The first hand experience of the crumbling system under the dysfunctional and power greedy 'elites' and a society abandoning real human values, seeded deeply within me the wish for deep transformation and unknown alternatives to a more meaningful livelihood honoring the life's potential of the human being.

I studied and hold a BA in Economic Sciences specialized in Management and a MA in Political Science in Comparative Politics (Central Eastern European Politics and Societies).

After engaging with different NGOs and happily failing to fit into a 'regular job' and lifestyle I embarked in an unplanned journey of seven years of travelling throughout Europe. I explored the edges and fringes in search of what else is possible and how differently can humans live and work. I engaged with organizations, ecovillages, intentional communities and a whole ecosystem of projects and networks from large cities to off grid back-waters that create their own models and solutions.

I facilitate, train, coach and consult Worldwide as part of the Arise.education team. My specialty is what some now call ''New Work'' and ''Teal Organizations'' with all the implications on organizational culture, personal development/empowerment and systems and structures design that comes with package. I also hold space for adulthood initiation work, conflict transformation and upgrading of human or group thought-ware.

Methodologies and tools that I work with: Sociocracy 3.0, Possibilities Management, Dragon Dreaming, Empowered Fundraising, Ecovillage Design Education, Evoneers' Journey, Permaculture Design, Water Retention Landscape Design, Process Work (aka Deep Democracy and World Work), Participatory Facilitation, Transition Training, Impact Entrepreneurship, Business Design and others.

I have been a co-creator in: Communities Convergence, ecobasa.org, Community Tours, the SIRCLe project, 4 Years Go Romania, Ecosophy Network, Aurora Community, Asociatia Romania in Tranzitie, Transition Hubs Network, SEOC (Sociocracy 3.0 Empowering Organizational Capacity - an Erasmus Plus project that I initiated, designed coordinated).
