André Robinson – Executive Producer /Carbon-Fibre Media, has an extensive background as an actor, writer, director, executive producer, producer, consultant, arts and community organizer, project manager and technical consultant. He has worked cooperatively and successfully on feature films, documentaries, television and commercial and non-profit touring, musicals and variety shows, concerts, conferences, community festivals and other special events. Andre currently serves as Executive Producer for NY based publishing and production company, Carbon-Fibre Media, whose current productions also include the graphic novel action franchise Val-Mar, Prince of the Damned and the Barack Obama art exhibition, CANVASS 44. André is also the director and producer of the reality show, The Good Fellas of Baltimore (www.goodfellasofbaltimore.com) which showcases Baltimore’s community engaging with non-profits and some of the most dynamic leadership in town to foster a practice of neighbors helping neighbors. He was general manager and line producer for marketing and production firm Favor International, providing production services for the multi-year MegaFest in Atlanta for Bishop TD Jakes. He was executive producer for Crossroads Theatre Company, (recipient of the Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre and nominated for 4 Tony Awards including Best Musical), executive director of the Black Filmmaker Foundation and artistic director of The Roger Furman Theatre in Harlem. His clients have included New Line Cinema, The Harlem Week Festival, TD Jakes Enterprises, State Farm Insurance, Sony Studios, The Fulfillment Fund, McDonald's Corporation, Gospel Heritage Foundation, Phillip-Morris, Sony Music, Miramax Films, Radio City Music Hall Productions, Saturn Motors, NBC, the historic Lincoln Theatre in WDC and many others.
