We have combined over 25 years of proven behavioral science with modern, easy to use yet powerful web-based software to help managers Understand, Communicate and Connect (UCC) with their people. The result: companies maximize their investment in their workforce and foster an innovative work environment.

A recent International Relations & Global Strategy grad from the University of Southern California, I have spent my last four years helping unite bright young entrepreneurs and leaders with the Kairos Society, traveling and studying in 8 Latin American countries, and adventuring with a close-knit group of like-minded entrepreneurs in search of something more.

The outcome: a mentality that what's good for business should be good for the world, and that nothing counts unless you're having fun.

My true passion and specialization lies within the Latin American market where I hope to create an international career empowering communities and serving as a bridge between two cultures.
