As a residential real estate broker, I help people buy and sell homes, and I help sellers net more on the sale of their property. I have been in real estate all my life—literally. My mother is a realtor, so I have been part of the process of listing and selling homes for as long as I can remember!

I love that I help people form communities and achieve the American dream. A home purchase or sale is a huge decision, and I work as a trusted advisor both from a financial standpoint as well as a life goals standpoint, working to find the community, neighborhood, and home that my clients will love for the next chapter of their lives, or help them price their property correctly for a quick and painless sale.

I manage a team that generates over $15 million in annual sales with a 95% closing ratio, so we are very good at what we do. Our success comes from team work, experience, a great attitude, and a proven track record in negotiations.

We specialize in residential real estate listings, sales, and REOs, working with both buyers and sellers. We always place our clients first and provide personal attention to each client and their transaction. I am devoted to creating satisfied customers by getting my clients the best possible outcome for their home transaction.

I am a Orange County native, so I know this area and its amenities well. I also worked in the mortgage industry, so I am very familiar with the lending process and guidelines. I served in the Navy for four years, which taught me to carefully and quickly work through any problem to find the solution.

Selling a home involves more than fourteen different industries, so it can be a complicated process, and every sale is different. To have a great experience, you want an experienced realty team who will listen to you and guide you through the process with expertise and professionalism.
