Andrés Castañaza is an AI Product Manager, product operator, and full-stack founder from Costa Rica with experience building and launching 0→1 digital products, AI-powered workflows, and automation.

A former AWS/Amazon professional, Andrés works at the intersection of product, technology, business, and artificial intelligence. He has built products and initiatives across AI, civic technology, career development, and entrepreneurship, including LuVelle, an AI Operating System for independent beauty and wellness professionals in Latin America.

His work focuses on turning complex problems into practical products: from product discovery and MVP development to AI agents, automation, user experience, and go-to-market experimentation.

Andrés also speaks and mentors on artificial intelligence, product development, entrepreneurship, and the future of work, helping professionals and organizations understand how to use AI as a practical tool for growth rather than simply follow the hype.

He is particularly interested in AI Product Management, Personal Operating Systems, human-AI collaboration, entrepreneurship, and building technology from Latin America for the world.
