My name is Andres Ruocco, and my life’s journey has been shaped by three core values: discipline, service, and growth. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, to a civil engineer father and a mother who taught English. From a young age, my father introduced me to the value of staying active—through hikes, soccer, and martial arts. That early exposure planted the seed for what would later become my professional calling.

After high school, I moved to the United States and eventually enlisted in the U.S. Army. I served as a Supply Specialist in South Korea and during Operation Iraqi Freedom in Kuwait and Iraq. My military service taught me how to lead, adapt, and endure under pressure. It also showed me that confidence doesn’t come from talk—it comes from action, especially when it's hard.

After completing my service, I spent several years helping other veterans secure their VA disability benefits, working in client intake, communication strategy, and support systems. The job was meaningful, but I felt a pull back to my roots: fitness and wellness. That calling led me to become a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and today, I work directly with clients—especially veterans—helping them rebuild confidence, structure, and strength through holistic training.

I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Sciences with a focus on Exercise Science. My coaching philosophy is grounded in science, empathy, and consistency. I don’t believe in gimmicks or quick fixes. I believe in showing up, building routines, and making small daily decisions that add up to lasting change.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about learning, exploring healthy foods, and spending time walking or training outdoors. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, and I enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life.

Whether I’m helping someone transform their body or guiding a veteran through a difficult transition, my mission is the same: to help people reconnect with their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
