Andrew Jordan
educator and superintendent in Carroll County, Illinois, IL, USA
I’m Andrew Jordan, an educator and superintendent based in Illinois, with a deep commitment to student success, school leadership, and community development. I grew up in Stockton, Illinois, where I learned early the value of teamwork, responsibility, and showing up for others—on the field and in the classroom. After graduating from Highland Community College and Northern Illinois University, I pursued advanced degrees at Western Illinois University and the University of Illinois at Springfield to deepen my understanding of educational leadership. Over the years, I’ve served as an assistant principal, principal, and now superintendent at Donovan CUSD #3. I’ve worked on statewide committees, secured grant funding for school programs, and helped lead local efforts like the Stockton 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament. I believe leadership starts with listening, continues through action, and is sustained by trust. Whether I’m walking school hallways or hiking a trail, I try to stay grounded in service, learning, and real community connection.
