Andrew Lipiansky was born and raised in California. Andrew likes taking his car on the Thunderhill raceway and drag racing at Sears Point. He loves stand-up comedy and dearly misses the legendary George Carlin. Andrew loves Italian food, chess, and pretty much any conversation that will make him think.
Andrew's favorite movie is Monty Python and the Holy Grail, although he'll take good book over a movie almost any day.
Art and science are the big musts in life... especially where they overlap.
The greatest strengths any person can have are the power to learn, the power to create, and the power to forgive.
Andrew loves travelling and collects coins from everywhere he's been. He likes hiking and camping. His next big purchase will be a quality telescope for getting a better view of the planets next time he's away from the bright lights of the cities.
A lot of his favorite music is sung in foreign languages. Songs sound more musical when the vocals are just sounds and not words. Lyrics have to be absorbed by the mind. But lyrics that you can't understand bypass the intellect and go straight to the heart.
