I currently lead the Solution Architecture team for the implementation of Workday at PwC and I am a member of the project leadership team. We have just completed a successful roll-out of Workday to 70 countries including self-service to 60,000 staff and partners. As we progress to our next go-live to a further 65,000 workers and 30+ countries my role will include accountability for all functional workstreams, leading a team of 130+ consultants and client team project members. So what about pre-PwC? - I have over 16 years' experience of implementing and managing HR solutions, of which 10 years were internal facing roles. I have a passion for developing individuals and teams and will be focusing part of my role at PwC in delivering exceptional Consultants for our Clients.

As a Certified Workday Project Manager, I have been part of or led multiple Workday implementations for large global clients with a focus on project and risk management, stakeholder management, process re-design, and team and personal development. Although I predominantly focus on project delivery, my knowledge and experience of project implementations are valuable in defining realistic project proposals for our clients and supporting Business Development at PwC.

It is also my role to ensure that we support all of our Clients in completing their implementation of Workday successfully. Workday and our Clients are continually developing, and therefore completing an implementation is only the start of the journey. Therefore I will continue to build these existing relationships to allow clients to expand their footprint on Workday, but also ensure that they are maximising the potential it offers.

Not forgetting my functional skill set, but I am also Certified in Workday to deliver HCM, Integrations and Reporting... and as clearly demonstrated on PwC’s implementation I don’t mind rolling my sleeves up to support the team.
