Andrew started hairdressing at the age of fifteen and at the age of thirty one bought the salon he grew up training in. His success comes from his energetic passion to serve his clients and train his staff.

Andrew wasn't happy settling for just running a salon, he now gives back to the industry as a qualified life coach, business coach and has created group coaching programs, Salon Hive and The Staff Code within the Salon Owners Lifeline. Andrew is passionate about training apprentice's, senior hairdressers and salons owners to success. Andrew's on a mission to raise the standards of the industry, not only for the people who work in it but for the clients as well.

Now slowly getting into the speaking circuit, Andrew is proving to be an inspiring leader in his industry and has become sought after as a consultant and business coach.
