I've been working in the healing space for almost 10 years, starting with Reiki energy healing, undergoing shamanic training in Peru and working as a shamanic healer, and finally I became a psychotherapist. I also teach Reiki and other energy work.
My approach to health and wellbeing is that the mind, body and spirit are one - improving one aspect improves the whole. Our work is to integrate the mind with the physical body (i.e. our unconscious) in the present moment, allowing full access to our innate intelligence.
My holistic approach also applies to my therapy work and I specialise in trauma, spirituality, men's work and sexuality. I serve hapéh and mapacho as a plant medicine, and also help people prepare for and integrate psychedelic therapy.
