Andrew Goldschmidt

I am a Cape Town based attorney of the High Court practicing as a Partner of the law firm, Ashersons Attorneys.

I specialise in both dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but mainly focus on high court litigation, franchising law, property law, intellectual property law, and the drafting of commercial agreements, including founding documents for corporates, shareholder agreement, JV agreements, and the like.

I have an undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom IS) as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and a Masters degree in Tax Law (LLM), all from the University of Cape Town (UCT).

I got married on 5 March 2011 to my beautiful wife Lauren Manon Kohn Goldschmidt, an attorney and Constitutional & Administrative Law Lecturer at UCT.

We have a beautiful little daughter, Olivia Rose Kohn Goldschmidt, who is the apple of my eye.
