Andrew is a communications professional with over 26 years of experience in media, government and the non-profit sector. Andrew excels at story-telling and building relationships with assignment editors, news directors and broadcast producers who help share stories that connect with people and communities.

Andrew has been with the Nature Conservancy of Canada since 2011 and serves as the National Media Relations Director and also Government Relations Director for the Atlantic Provinces.

Previously, Mr. Holland was a provincial civil servant in the former department of Communications New Brunswick. He provided support in the Departments of Transportation, Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour, Emergency Measures Organization and Natural Resources.

Prior to that, Mr. Holland spent four years (2003-2007) as constituency Executive Assistant & Communications Director with the late Andy Scott (Federal Minister and MP from 1993-2008).

Andrew also worked in newsrooms for 14 years as a news and sports reporter and broadcaster. He hosted and produced a weekly TV political talk show in New Brunswick from 1992-2003.

An avid baseball, hockey and football pool nerd, Andrew tries to run three times a week with friends (misery loves company!) and for periods of reflection and mental clarity! Andrew also volunteers at running events when help is needed.

Married (Helene) with their 16-year old son Alexandre and Gus, their second golden retriever.
