I am an award-winning leader, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Business Champion with thirteen years of experience in the high tech industry. I specialize in strategic programs, organizational design, and data architecture with particular emphasis in translating strategic initiatives into practical and sustainable solutions.

I have done extensive work in building consensus, developing and executing business strategy, and developing high-performing teams. I am also an expert in Process Engineering, Time Series Forecasting, Analytics, and Data Visualization.

Before founding Analytic Decision Insights (http://AnalyticDI.com), I established and led a global team of forecasters and capacity planners at Dell with members in Bangalore, Panama, Casablanca, Port Alegre, Twin Falls, and Austin.

I hold a Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics at St. Edwards University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Piano Performance at McMurry University and Texas Tech University. He also holds a Texas Teaching Certificate.
