Andrew Apostola is co-founder and publisher of Portable. Portable curates ground breaking video across fashion, film, music, art and culture. It acts as an expansive archive of video from some of the world's most influential directors, producers, photographers and designers. The platform also powers the commerce of over a hundred fashion brands and boutiques internationally and draws audiences to physical events that have featured the likes of Scott Belsky, Soraya Darabi, Cool Hunting, Refinery29, Threadless, Susie Bubble, LonelyGirl15, Rocketboom, Next New Networks and Current TV.
In 2009 he was awarded a British Council Award recognising him as one of Australia's most talented creatives. In 2010 he moved to New York, where he now resides with his wife and son.
He is also the co-author of a soon to be released book Taking Back Retail, which will be available June 2012.
