Andrew Douglass Football
While playing inside linebacker for the Saddleback College Gauchos, Andrew Douglass majored in psychology. Douglass recently received his Associate of Arts and hopes to play football professionally upon completion of his studies. Andrew Douglass graduated from San Clemente High School in San Clemente, California, in 2008. He was named Most Valuable Player during his senior year, totaling 111 tackles in his high school football career. At 6’2”, Douglass weighs in at 230 pounds. He was named First-Team All-Conference, First-Team All-Region, and First-Team All-State at Saddleback College. Outside of football, Andrew Douglass actively volunteers as a coach for youth sports. In 2006 and 2007, he volunteered as an assistant soccer and volleyball coach for the Boys & Girls Clubs of South County. Douglass also assisted with the San Clemente High School Youth Football Camp held during the summers before his junior and senior years. When he is not studying or playing football, Douglass enjoys beach volleyball, surfing, and weightlifting. He also reads avidly and enjoys barbecuing with friends and family.
