Andrew Draayer

Hey, I’m Andrew Draayer. A husband to my amazing wife and a proud dad of three awesome kids—they’re my everything.

I grew up in a big military family—ninth out of ten kids—so I learned early on how to adapt, compete, and work hard. My dad was a Colonel in the Air Force, and discipline and drive were just part of daily life. Sports were a huge part of my childhood—I played football and baseball, and I was lucky enough to win a state championship in high school and even took home the first-ever Mr. HHS title after singing MC Hammer on stage (yes, really).

Career-wise, I started in door-to-door sales, knocking on doors in 41 states. It taught me how to connect with people, build trust, and hustle. I eventually transitioned into real estate investing, where I focus on helping homeowners solve real problems while building long-term success for my family.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about golf, men’s league basketball, and giving back. I’ve donated to St. Jude and support local kids through Chandler Compadres. At the end of the day, I just want to do good, work hard, and enjoy the ride.
