Since the formative transaction that created C-III Capital Partners in 2010, Andrew Farkas’ strategic leadership has provided the impetus for growth within the company and in connection with various acquisitions expanding the company’s capabilities. Mr. Farkas also serves as the Managing Member, Chairman, and CEO for Island Capital Group LLC, a leading real estate merchant bank that is the controlling parent company of C-III.
