Andrew Field Chicago
Based in Chicago, Andrew Field serves as president of Field Packaging Group, and Knight Packaging Group, Inc. He manages the daily operations of the two companies, oversees their sales and marketing departments, and supervises more than 130 employees. The initiatives of Andrew Field and his family transformed the Chicago firm from one that was losing money and functioning at 42 percent efficiency into one that currently works at more than 90 percent efficiency and earns more than $40 million in revenue every year. Among the programs that have contributed to the company’s success are employee incentives, on-time delivery, and low-cost production of custom boxes without sacrifice of quality. The business has also obtained Chain of Custody Certification from the Forestry Stewardship Council and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.
Andrew Field earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Syracuse University, and subsequently began a career in sales with Katz Communication in New York City. He later became an account executive with Eastman Radio, buying ads for more than 300 stations across the United States; and worked as sales manager of WBBM radio for CBS/Infinity Broadcasting, significantly increasing its yearly sales.
