Hi, I’m Andrew Gantner Krienke. I was born in Fresno, but I was raised in Lodi, California—where my roots run deep. I come from a family of educators, nurses, and veterans, and that legacy of service has shaped who I am. My father was a teacher and coach who impacted generations of students and athletes, and my mother was a nurse who cared for our community with grace and compassion. Their example taught me early on that leadership starts with humility and heart.

I spent the first chapter of my career in education, teaching and coaching youth sports, which taught me how to lead with purpose, patience, and structure. Eventually, I transitioned into hospitality, where I’ve spent the last several years leading teams and managing restaurants. Today, I’m the General Manager at CE Restaurant & Bar in Carmichael, and I take pride in creating a space where people feel welcomed and valued.

Whether I’m mentoring a team member, coaching on the court, or writing about leadership on my personal website, everything I do is about building connection, lifting others, and honoring the people who paved the way for me.
