Andrew Williamson, a seasoned Director/Producer, started OFF ISLAND in 1999 to direct and produce Sea, a feature film that asked what if dreams are memories of the future? He also directed the comedy short The Green Film which was released online to celebrate Earth Day.

Williamson has been the VP, Production & Digital at Lark Productions since November 2011. During that time, he: produced Gastown Gamble for OWN Canada, executive produced the critically acclaimed documentary series Emergency Room: Life & Death at VGH for The Knowledge Network. He also produced High Moon, a pilot co-venture with Universal Cable Productions and Executive Producer Bryan Fuller.

Andrew has also produced digital and social media campaigns for televisions series (including Motive, Emergency Room: Life & Death at VGH and Gastown Gamble), various companies, and not-for-profit organizations including The David Suzuki Foundation.

Andrew’s previous projects include producing the feature Sk8 Life, which premiered at the Sundance International Film Festival, as well as The Mountie in association with Telefilm Canada. His thirteen-part webseries, Yukonic, for the Yukon and Federal Governments launched in New York’s Times Square.

Andrew is the founder of Crazy8s and was previously Head of Development for Keatley Entertainment and Director of Industrial Relations at the CMPA.
