I'm Andrew and I love what I do. I'm a problem solver. I turn ideas and plans into action. I work behind the scenes, monitoring and maintaining, before there's an issue. I'm more than just the 2 pages of my resume. I'm an IT Professional and I love what I do.
I began a career in computers because I can distill complex technology down to simple concepts and I like helping people. I've held positions in retail, helping customers purchase the right technology for their needs. I've held Technical Support positions, assisting employees in my company with computer issues and helping customers install and use the software or online course access they purchased.
I now work for the University of Florida, Department of Housing & Residence Education as a Network Administration Assistant. I manage file services for over 1500 users, building access schedules, the emergency notification for all staff and student residents, and have plenty of "other duties as assigned".
When I'm not in the office, I can often be found with my fiancée, Melissa and our dog, Wayne (pictured). I'm a movie lover, TV fanatic, motorcycle riding, average every-day guy.
