After building a million-dollar firearm training company from a backyard range, Andy founded InstructorMarketing.com and developed the H30K™ Student Signup System to help instructors, ranges, and gun stores attract more students, increase enrollment, and create a greater impact in their communities.

Throughout his career, Andy has trained more than 30,000 students, certified over 3,000 firearm instructors, and worked with leading organizations and brands including Gun Owners of America, NSSF, Kahr Firearms Group, Magnum Research, and 1791 Gunleather. He has also shared the stage with some of the country’s most recognized business and marketing leaders.
