Andrew Hopely
Collections Representative in Arizona
Since 2016, Andrew Hopely has served as a collections representative for Discover Card in Phoenix, Arizona. In this position, he provides client services, oversees past due credit accounts, promotes savings, and manages the interest rate program. During his time with the company, Andrew Hopely has received promotions and earned honors for his excellent customer service.
Prior to working for Discover, Andrew Hopely spent time with AmeriCorps in Portland, Oregon, as a community service representative. There, he assisted with programs for housing construction and education budgeting as well as teaching subjects such as American Sign Language, math, and music.
His past experience includes serving as a youth leader at the Church at Litchfield Park in Litchfield Park, Arizona, where he led team-building excursions and outreach programs. He holds a degree in education with a minor in mathematics from Arizona State University in Tempe.
