An experienced construction analyst, project manager, engineer, and inspector, Andrew Jares Oldfield has served as a superintendent with Holder Construction since 2016. Randstad Engineering facilitated his employment with Holder, hiring him to oversee Completion Crew operations vital to the opening of Apple Park. The extensive headquarters of Apple, Inc., Apple Park features a variety of diverse facilities and occupies approximately 175 acres in Cupertino, California. Andrew Jares Oldfield’s responsibilities on this massive project include overseeing more than 220 foremen and workers to tackle more than 700 top-level mechanical/plant completion list items.

When he isn’t working, Mr. Oldfield enjoys taking photographs and practicing catch-and-release fishing. He is also a dedicated conservationist who is passionate about rescuing birds and other animals. As a volunteer at the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve, he does his part to keep the prominent bird sanctuary clean and safe for the multiple species of birds that call it home.
