Andrew L. Kostin is a marketing major at Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating in May 2013.
Andrew's internships have included the highly competitive summer internship program at NYSE Euronext and working in operations at UBS Investment Bank during his senior year of high school.
While Kostin was interning at UBS he launched a speaker series at his high school, The Academy of Information Technology and Engineering. This created an opportunity for students to meet with eight executive and managing directors in various roles at the bank. The series allowed students to find out more about college degree paths and careers in the financial services industry. The series was highlighted in an article that ran on the front page of the Stamford Advocate and was featured in a diversity newsletter published by UBS Investment Bank.
In January 2013, Kostin was credentialed by IMG for the third season in a row, as a blogger at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Kostin uses a variety of mixed media to report on trends, and frequently reports on the economics of the fashion industry.
At Fairleigh Dickinson, Kostin has served as the communications chair of the Marketing Mix and United Nations Club creating flyers and using social media to keep students educated and informed about group programs and events around campus.
While in high school, Kostin served as a representative in Student Government, was the president of the stock market club and was a student ambassador, meeting with prospective students and parents as well as with the media.
When away from his desk, Andrew enjoys avant-garde modern art from artists like sculptors Jeff Koons and Peter Woytuk, and from fashion designers including Betsey Johnson and Alber Elbaz.
Andrew is actively seeking employment opportunities.
