Andrew Marc Rothschild, a two time recipient of Esquire Magazine's Best New Restaurants in America honors for his restaurants, The Marc (Chicago) and as executive chef for Annabelle's (Naples, Florida) has spent a lifetime honing his skills in some of America's most acclaimed restaurants. A New Jersey native whose on-the-job training at the prestigious Palm Beach hotel, The Breakers, laid the groundwork for a career that would include top positions at upscale dining destinations in New York (The River Café, Restaurant Raphael) Chicago (Gordon, The Marc) and South Florida (Annabelle's, The Forge and Tsunami), and as part of the world-class Mina Group at Fairmont Turnbery Isle with the opening of Bourbon Steak.
in 2010, Rothschild and Associates undertook conceptualizing and implementing Miami's largest private event facility, 65,000 square foot, Soho Studios at the Wynwood Convention . R&A's successful inception Art Gourmet provided upscale sophisticated food for 30,000 persons at numerous 2010 Art Basel fairs and was recently established as the expert in providing large scale venues with creative and sophisticated food options in South Florida with its installation at the Sony Ericcson Key Biscayne Tennis Open of the critically acclaimed Collectors Club Restaurant.
Andrew participates in the local Miami community as a member of the Wynwood Arts District Association.
