Engineering is all too often mistaken for financial gain. It is about the application of knowledge for the better of society. Early in life, nerve damage has strengthened my belief in this. By looking toward graduate studies to increase my research, I am giving everything I can to help future students prosper in the wake of Silicon Valley.

If you don't see me teaching my fellow students you might catch me in physical activities. From shooting a few hoops, catching wind on my board, or just practicing out on the range, physical fitness is not only for my physical strength but my mental capacity as well.
