Andrew is passionate about people realizing their God-given potential, accomplishing their dreams, and fulfilling God's purposes.

In all, Andrew is driven to see the church become a visible and dynamic influence in the community, which passionately serves and demonstrates the kingdom of God on earth; so that people can experience the love of God and transition into an avid and committed relationship with Jesus Christ (Acts 2:42-43; Mt. 28:19; Mk. 16:15; Lk. 5:22-24; cf. Acts 3:6).

The operating values and benchmarks of his ministry are: prayer, faith, supernatural enablement, evangelism, discipleship, catalyzing change, coaching and mentoring, intentional relationship development, innovation and creativity, excellence, intentionality, empowerment and apologetics.
