Andrew Ko

Public Speaker, Career Coach, and Trainer in Los Angeles, California

Andrew Ko is a Career Management Consultant with Right Management and is the Lead Trainer and Career Development Counselor with The Salvation Army Haven Veterans Employment Services program. He is known in the workforce development and career development community for developing and managing the training program that exists today at the Salvation Army Haven. His delivers his workshops nationally and he partners with many organizations around country to develop learning opportunities. As a career coaching and training consultant he has thousands of hours of experience coaching and training a diverse range of clients from barriers to employment to C-suite executives.

He is an active member of the Association for Talent Development, the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, and is Co-President of the California Career Development Association SFV Chapter.

Formerly, Andrew spent over a decade of his career at Wells Fargo as part of the Enterprise Leadership Team, a highly visible leadership position where he worked on Career Development, Leadership Development and Mentorship initiatives for internal staff in addition to his sales role and maintaining an award winning sales record. He is also the former president of a non-profit focused on professional and leadership development in the insurance industry.

Andrew has a degree in Marketing from California State University Northridge, a certification in Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University, he is in the process of earning a Global Career Development Facilitator credential, he is a Dale Carnegie graduate coach and is currently in the process of becoming a fully certified Dale Carnegie trainer and presenter.

When he is not working in the career development and training space he enjoys art and has had many solo exhibits around Los Angeles.
