He was a member of the Working Groups for IEEE Standards Society for Cloud Computing; the team which developed the IEEE Standard 2301 - 2020 - A Guide for Cloud Portability and Interoperability Profiles (CPIP)- A Standard which as adopted by all Cloud Computing stakeholders, including operators around the global.
Andrews has a number of global patents in leading edge technologies to his name; he was endorsed as a UK Global talent, by Tech Nations, UK in 2021.
He was a member of the Core Networking Technologies Experts Group for the UK Telecoms and Innovation Network (UKTIN). A team of Subject Matter Experts who provided expert advise on innovation and leadership in the UK tech & telecoms ecosystem.
