Andrew Seaton is an award-winning entrepreneur who enjoys helping people make the most of their technology. He is a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and has an Honours Degree in Computing Networks.

In 2004 Andrew founded IT Support company, Resolve IT Solutions, which works with over 200 businesses in Sheffield and beyond. As Managing Director, Andrew manages a team of 28 employees. He gets to indulge his passion for IT and business on a daily basis by working with and advising clients on the best IT systems to suit their needs.

Resolve won Excellence in Customer Service at the Sheffield Star Business Awards in 2012 - an honour Andrew credits in part to the fact that Resolve strives to be unlike any other IT company. It is made up of a team of experts who speak 'their customers’ language rather than typical ‘tech’ speak.

Andrew's passion for business and helping others to develop theirs lead him to develop Resolve’s Apprenticeship Scheme, which aims to help young people realise their potential. Andrew is also the Managing Director of Resound Design, a web design agency, as well as co-founder of Twinkl, an online resource site for primary school teachers.
