'If we keep doing what we've always done, we'll keep getting what we always get.'.

I'm a digital technologist who gets a kick out of making technology work better for us, particularly when it comes to investigating digital crime.

One of the UK's longest established independant digital forensic consultants and a leading authority in the design of digital forensic solutions and innovations, I'm the CTO and Chief Innovator at Evidence Talks (ETL)

I'm proud and privileged to have been the course designer and lecturer for the 'Internet Investigations' module on the internatioanlly acclaimed Forensic Computing MSc at The Center of Forensic Comuting, Cranfield University under the professorship of the remarkable Tony Samms and I am honored to continue as a guest lecturer there under the leadership and management of the brilliant Pete Forster and Chris Hargreaves. What a team!

Andy leads the team of talented developers at Evidence Talks (ETL) in the pursuit of forensic excellence, particularly in the field of digital triage.

He has an international reputation as an engaging and thought provoking speaker at industry conferences with many 'most valuable speaker' awards and is a contributing author to the seminal legal reference book 'Electronic Evidence' by Stephen Mason, published by LexisNexis Butterworths.

A serial technology entrepreneur, before starting Evidence Talks (ETL) he founded the market leading desktop audit technology business fPrint UK which was acquired for $23m in 1996. His flair for technical creativity and inventiveness has led to a number of technical firsts and patents for remote forensics and technologies used in radiographic non-destructive testing.

When he is not working, Andy can be found assaulting anyone in earshot with his attempts at playing his treasured Godin semi-acoustic electric Bass.

Andy like nothing more than trying to solve technical problems and is always happy to discuss ideas so get in touch and see where the horizon starts.
