An advisor for Healthcare and Life Sciences industry focused, Launch Advisory Team, Andrew Tymkiw builds upon decades of experience in business administration and operations management. Before assuming his current position, Andrew Tymkiw served seven years as the vice president of global operations at Edwards Lifesciences.

Mr. Tymkiw’s accomplishments with Edwards, a major medical equipment company, include growing its global operations employee base by 250 percent and overseeing productivity improvement rates by more than 50 percent. Much of this increased outreach and productivity occurred as a direct result of global expansion into markets such as Singapore, Switzerland, United States and Costa Rica.

Andrew Tymkiw also served over a decade with the aesthetics surgery products firm, Mentor Worldwide, holding posts as vice president/general manager, vice president of operations/manufacturing strategy, and vice president of global operations.

Mr. Tymkiw holds both a bachelor of science in industrial engineering and a master of science in operations management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
