Cleveland, OH
I am an ornithologist and birder based out of Cleveland Heights, OH.
At the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, I hold the William A. and Nancy R. Klamm Endowed Chair of Ornithology. This involves curating a collection of around 30,000 birds specimens, carrying out research, and also taking people afield for natural history tours.
As of 2011, I am also Director of Science over the Collections and Research Division. Our division is a dynamic group of researchers, and it is an exciting time to work for CMNH.
I also sit on the boards of trustees for Black Swamp Bird Observatory and the Winous Point Marsh Conservancy.
