Hello, I’m Andrew Young, the CEO and Managing Partner of Conjugate Group, a biotechnology staffing and business development firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. My journey began in a family deeply invested in academia, with my father serving as a professor at MIT. This environment cultivated my respect for education and intellectual exploration from a young age, guiding me towards Boston College for my higher education.

After college, I entered the technology staffing industry, where I developed key skills in business development and talent acquisition. However, it wasn't long before I recognized a growing niche in biotechnology. This insight led me to found BioBridges, LLC, a company focused on providing specialized staffing solutions tailored to the unique needs of biopharma companies. Building on this foundation, I later established NovusLife and eventually took leadership at Conjugate Group.

At Conjugate Group, I've implemented innovative fractional staffing solutions that allow biopharma companies to access critical expertise on a flexible basis, facilitating the advancement of their vital projects. This approach has not only propelled our firm to industry prominence but also supported the dynamic needs of our clients.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about staying active. I enjoy golf, running, biking, and skiing—each offering a way to unwind and stay sharp. I also engage in conflict simulation games, challenging my strategic thinking and fulfilling my competitive spirit. In everything I do, I strive to blend passion with profession, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in biotech staffing while fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
