Professional Experience: He has dedicated over 5 years as a Digital Learning Experience Designer, honing his skills, crafting effective learning experiences for young people. His versatile background has also seen him excel in roles as an Executive Assistant, and Communications Executive working with organizations designing educational programs for young people, unit heads of a local government area, heads of department, residents of rural communities, around how to leverage digital tools, closing knowledge gaps for young people for better career outcomes, and how to leverage clean energy for better economic outcomes.

As founder of GoABitFurther Africa, a social learning community committed to designing innovative learning experiences he is on a mission to bridging the skills and knowledge gap between classroom education and the evolving demands of the workspace.

Andrew has collaborated with Skills Factory Africa, Church on the Street, The Goldmine Conference, Big Game Conference, Yali Network Edo State, JCIN University of Benin, Impact Africa Initiative, Head Start Africa, YouLead International, Nigerian Medical Students Association (NIMSA), John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy, Pharmaceutical Association of Nigerian Students University of Benin, Truth Sprout Africa, and KENVIC Global Foundation, designing human capital trainings that have positively impacted over 15,000 individuals in Nigeria and Africa.
