Andy Nguyen grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduating from high school, he attended University of New Mexico to pursue a degree in Information Technology. The tragic event of 9/11 happened and Andy decided to join the armed forces. He enlisted in the United States Air Force and began his military career as a logistician. His first duty station was atRamstein Air Base, Germany, United States Air Force in Europe. Not long after arriving here, leaderships saw the potential in Andy and sent him to CENTCOM, MacDill Air Force Base for training that was and still is to this day, specific to filling UTC tasking requirements supporting join forces warfighters around the globe. Andy became what is generally known as the "secret squirrel," a member of one of only three team Air Force wide. Kuwait was the last deployment that Andy completed before being reassigned to an Air Force wide competitive billet with theDefense Intelligence Agency – Human Intelligence Branch (HUMINT). Andy relocated to Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, Headquarter PACAF. During his assignment with code name "Stoney Beach," he traveled throughout Southeast Asia to carry out assigned missions and objectives to fulfill Department of Defense, States Department, and Defense Intelligence Agency mandates require to support PACOM and COCOM policy makers. He finished his active duty service on April 30 of 2009 and relocated to California. Andy continue his close ties with the military and veteran communities. He remain a member of the Air Force Reserve, assign to March Air Reserve Base. He holds an AAS in Logistics Management and another AAS in Communications Applications Technology, both from the Community College of the Air Force. He is currently pursuing a BS in Psychology with University of Phoenix and is confirmed to graduate on November 3rd, 2012, and plans on pursuing a MS in Criminal Justice. Today, Andy work at The Los Angeles Film Schooland reside in Orange County, California with his family.
