Andy Rice

Part-time writer, full-time published author, occasional public speaker, often recalcitrant. A storyteller with an adventurer's yearning, Andy has travelled through 40 countries, scuba dived with sharks in the Pacific, braved the funicular in Santiago and once freed the soul of an American POW from a makeshift grave in the Solomon Islands. He has written an award-winning song with his musical wife and is an advocate of patient care and medical research. Andy lives in Sydney surrounded by books and vinyl records and writes (almost) every morning at sunrise. By day, Andy tinkers with technology and dreams about sailing his old wooden boat on Sydney Harbour.
