I offer communications expertise to nonprofits and schools by day. We're talking strategy, photography, videography, writing and web stuff.

By night, the photography is still there, but it's coupled with a passion for making bean-to-bar chocolate. I love cacao from Madagascar. The fruity, slightly astringent flavors knock my socks off with a good roast. And beans from Ecuador are the opposite end of the spectrum, with an aromatic nuttiness.
