Andy Adams
Producer, Writer, and Director
Andy is a cultural producer + digital director with a passion for visual communications. Since 2004, he has consulted arts organizations and cultural institutions that use the Internet to engage and educate the public.
In 2006, he founded FlakPhoto Projects, an online digital/arts lab promoting photography + visual culture.
Adams was a pioneer in the online photo exhibition space and has collaborated with the RISD Museum of Art, the Australian Centre for Photography, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and other organizations.
He is the Chief Digital & Communications Officer at Outrider Foundation, a nonprofit media organization that supports journalism and multimedia storytelling about nuclear threats and climate change.
In his spare time, he writes FlakPhoto Digest, a curated newsletter for photography people.
