I am a Pastor in Student Ministry, working with the next generation of leaders. I am licensed through the FMC and have a diploma in practical theology and advanced youth studies from Christ for the Nations and will have my BBS from Dallas Baptist University. I have worked with High School and Jr High students for over 6 years and have been in my current position since June 2010.
I currently work for First Assembly in Morganton, NC with the teenagers here. My passion is to see them fall in love with God, and become a family that loves one another and reaches the lost. I work alongside my wife Brinly, who is a truly great leader.
Before Coming to North Carolina, I lived in Dallas TX where I attended Christ for the Nations, and Dallas Baptist University. I also met my wife in Dallas attending CFNI. I interned at two churches for almost five years where I learned the heartbeat of student ministry.
I grew up in Elk City, Oklahoma where I graduated High School. I spent most of my time serving in the youth ministry at Grandview Church. I grew up with two sisters and a strong family support system starting with my parents.
I love student ministry, and believe I always will. I cannot imagine ever doing anything else.
