Andy Godwin Miracle, popularly known as Prince Mickey, was born on May 22, and hails from Otiake Village in Oron Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Although originally from Akwa Ibom, his journey in Lagos began at the age of five, where he was raised and shaped into the person he is today.

As the first son of Mrs. Kokomma, Andy was raised in a loving and disciplined home alongside his stepfather, Mr. Yakubu, who played a vital role in his upbringing. Though he never had the opportunity to know his biological father, he was nurtured with strong moral values, spiritual guidance, and the importance of education.

From an early age, Andy’s parents instilled in him the principles of faith, discipline, and learning. However, as life unfolded, he faced personal struggles that led him away from his spiritual roots. Like many young people, he experienced seasons of rebellion, worldly distractions, and spiritual disconnection.

Yet, God’s plan for his life remained undeniable.

A life-transforming moment came when a friend invited him to the Young Ministers Retreat (YMR) at the RCCG Camp Ground. It was there that Andy encountered Christ in a profound way, surrendering his life to God and beginning a new chapter filled with purpose, faith, and spiritual growth.

Despite experiencing rejection, internal battles, and difficult life challenges, Andy remained committed to his journey of transformation. His admission into Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), where he studies Applied Geophysics, became another defining phase of his life. At OOU, he joined the Anglican Students’ Fellowship (ASFOOU), where he found a strong spiritual family, deeper fellowship, and opportunities for leadership and service.

His educational journey began at Unuajo Private School before continuing through both public and private institutions, eventually completing his primary and secondary education at Femtoylight Private School.

Beyond academics, Andy developed strong technical and creative skills. He trained in phone and laptop engineering, demonstrating a deep passion for technology and electronics. In addition, he has built an impressive reputation as a professional graphic designer, photographer, videographer, and mobile video editor.

His creative excellence and leadership abilities earned him the position of Media Coordinator for ASFOOU, where he played a vital role in content creation, digital communication, and strengthening the fellowship’s public image.

Today, Andy Godwin Miracle represents resilience, transformation, and divine purpose. He is not only a student but also a creative visionary, media strategist, technology enthusiast, and entrepreneur. His story reflects God’s grace, proving that no matter one’s beginnings, purpose can always be discovered through faith, determination, and service.

Through his life, he continues to inspire young people with this powerful question:

“What excuse do you have for not using the days of your youth to serve God?”
