My work involves two broad areas of facilitation. Communication and Innovation.
The first is primarily around Presentation Delivery and Design but also covers Team Development, Leadership Communication, and Influence. I help organisations improve their communication whether it is one-to-one, in teams or in front of large groups.
My second area of work is Innovation. I use a psychometric profiling tool to evaluate team balance in terms of their approach to risk and work with them on improving their innovative performance. I'm also a Senior Facilitator for futurethink.
I have worked in business management and learning and development for over 20 years and use that experience when taking on consultancy and facilitation projects.
