Andy Hudson

Born in 1968, and lived my life until my late 20's largely in Hertfordshire, finishing my academic years at Francis Bacon School in St. Albans. I then spent two years on a YTS scheme before heading out into the workplace.

In 1983 I came to a point in my life where I chose to believe that God exists, that he loves me, and that Jesus died for me.

In 1996 I had the opportunity to visit Serbia and to share something of that experience with many people who had been affected by the conflict in the area. During the trip I met Karen, and in 1997 I moved to Bristol to be nearer to her.

We married in 1998 and our journey moved us to to Malvern, in Worcestershire in 1999 and then in 2001, moved further north to Telford in Shropshire. Since then we have been involved with local churches and currently we have joined the core team of a new pioneer church which we believe will grow and become a place where people will come to meet God.

We have continued to make regular visits to Serbia and the Balkans, taking aid and visiting many people in the most difficult circumstances.

Somehow between these trips, Church and other projects which are about to launch in Telford, we manage to find time to both hold full-time jobs. When we do get spare time, we love going camping and spending as much time as possible in coastal regions and relaxing with friends, BBQ's and drinks.
