Small Business Owner, Father, and Realtor in Nashville, Tennessee
We all know the old real estate adage, ‘location, location, location.’ But to Andy Hunt, real estate is all about people. An Ole Miss alum who studied marketing and finance, Andy moved to Nashville in 2004 to pursue a career in the music industry. Initially, he joined forces with famed, Grammy Award winning record producer Jacquire King to help countless artists bring their sound to life. Over the years, Andy earned a Grammy Award, a pair of Grammy nominations, platinum records, and other music milestones. But after a decade living and working in Nashville, he knew the greatest accomplishment of all was the relationships he had created with his clients—friendships that have lasted long after the music was made.
In the same way he helped musicians, Andy relishes the chance to help his newest clients see their dreams become reality. After all, buying a house is the biggest investment most people will ever make. It’s an investment in joy, shelter, laughter and memories. It’s an investment in family and community. And hopefully it is an investment that will appreciate—providing value in many more ways than one. Making a decision that big requires trust in the person guiding the process.
When he’s not working, you can find Andy breaking a sweat at CrossFit 615 or exploring the outdoors with his wife Jamie and son Miller (who has a little brother on the way). Countless musicians still call on Andy for guidance and friendship; we’re certain his real estate clients will do the same.
