Since 2015, I've led high-performing engineering teams across a range of company sizes and technical domains. From small focused squads to scaling organisations of 20+ engineers, I’ve consistently fostered environments where autonomy, ownership, and growth thrive.

My leadership spans cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, mobile, site reliability, QA, and platform engineers. I take pride in mentoring engineers at all levels, helping them navigate growth, leadership paths, and meaningful contributions.
