Andrew Levy
Operations, RevOps, and Director in Perth, Western Australia
I’m driven by my purpose—helping others reach their potential while fostering well-being, integrity, and curiosity. I specialise in scaling, optimising, and transforming businesses that matter—where people collaborate within their department with a shared mission, cohesive strategy, and seamless execution.
With over 20 years of experience in high-growth environments—from startups to $100M+ enterprises across Australasia, North America, and Europe—I’m passionate about building predictable, scalable processes for sustainable success.
Since 2014, I’ve led Globe Software’s global expansion, driving the adoption of ‘Atlas’ across 20+ Fortune 500 companies. Under my leadership, the client base grew to 60,000+ users, business opportunities increased by 300%, online performance improved by 72%, and NOI rose by 26% within a year.
Now, as the Executive Director of Revenue Operations (and past Chief Operating Officer) at Salted Stone, I oversee business operations and revenue generation, ensuring growth. I have helped develop an operating framework that guided the development of capital structures and budgets while fostering a supportive work environment for the global team. This included driving international expansion through a merger, optimising profits via foreign exchange and hedging strategies, designing a streamlined global workflow and production queue, enhancing workplace efficiency, and prioritising a people-first approach in collaboration with our people and culture team. More recently, I have been streamlining revenue operations by mapping processes to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
My goal-oriented leadership style, which balances data analysis with a collaborative, egalitarian framework, has helped achieve operational and financial success.
My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:
* My intuition is good, but I always lean on data for critical decisions.
* I care personally and challenge directly.
* I value listening, peer feedback, and adaptability.
* I embrace "failing forward" as part of growth.
* I prioritise collective success over individual status.
* I thrive among people who challenge my thinking.
* I believe in cognitive diversity—trusting different perspectives and problem-solving approaches.
